What is a Mandala

A mandala is a structure that is organized around a concentric point, they are symbolic diagrams that represent the evolution of the universe with
respect to a central point, from which everything that wants to be represented emerges or everything that you want to connect in its realization. The Mandalas are symbolic representations of the macrocosm and the
microcosm. They are mostly
worked in a circular structure, as if they were rings, increasing their volume
more and more.

What is a dotting technique?

It is a technique of applying small
strokes or dots of color to a surface so that from a distance they visually
blend together. Dot paintings are now internationally recognized as unique and integral to Australian First Nations Aboriginal Art. The simple dot style as well as cross hatching maybe beautifully
aesthetic to the eye but has a far more hidden meaning and deeper purpose; to disguise the sacred meanings behind the stories in the paintings.
